Please note the following when scheduling online:

  • After you submit your appointment request, it must be approved by our staff to hold the appointment. You will receive a notification once it has been approved (either as a text or an email according to your chosen preferences in your client account).
  • Billing information is required when booking online – you may pay with a different payment method at the time of checking out. You can add billing information to your account by going to your profile after scheduling. If this is your first time scheduling with us and you do not add a credit card number to your profile, we will call you for this information before approving the appointment.
  • Cancellation Policy: We accept cancellations up to 5 pm the day before your scheduled appointment.  Failure to cancel an appointment by this time will result in a $25 charge.  No shows are charged at full value.
