for after massage care:
- Drink 1-2 gallons of distilled water over the next few days.

- Take a very warm bath with mineral salts.
Purpose of bath: Salt is a mineral which will draw out the
toxins that have been loosened during your massage. Since
massage is like a workout for your body, the bath will reduce
the possibilities of soreness after therapy. You may also
use this bath after strenuous exercise or activities.
Recipe for bath
1 oz. mineral salts
Water temperature as warm as tolerable
Soak for 20-30 minutes just before bedtime.
