DEEP TISSUE

Targeted on specific “tight or sore” spots, this is an overall “workout for the body.” Appropriate deep pressure is applied to encourage a release of muscle tension. Beneficial for athletes.

COUPLES/COUPLES DEEP TISSUE

1 hour $145/$160

The two of you will receive a one hour Swedish massage from your own massage therapist, each on your own massage table. Both massages are done in the same room, creating a wonderful flow of energy between the clients.

LA STONE / HOT STONE®

1 hour 30 minutes $125

This practice of LaStone™ therapy utilizes hot and cold basalt stones combined with Swedish or deep tissue massage. The heat and energy from the stones allows the therapist to work muscles deeply for a truly relaxing and healing experience while also encouraging circulation.

PRENATAL / PREGNANCY

1 hour/1.5 hour $75/$110

This massage is tailored to safely address the concerns of a pregnant woman. Our Therapists have been trained and certified in prenatal massage. The apply a special bolstering system to support the mother and baby securely. Appropriate lotions and essential oils are incorporated to enhance the overall experience with comfort and safety in mind. Pregnancy can be a time of stress and discomfort; massage is an effective and drug-free form of relief. The baby can also benefit from massage. Women experiencing a high-risk pregnancy should first consult their physician.

CRANIO-SACRAL

Using lighter pressure and specific concentration this modality focuses on neck and back problems, TMJ dysfunction and nervousness. The benefits are to your central nervous system, brain, and spinal cord.

Performed using a light touch to address restrictions in the carniosacraly system. Known to boost resistance to disease. Can be done in loose clothing.

MYOFASCIAL

1 hour/1.5 hour $75/$110

Frees up restriction in the connective tissue through stretching oriented release while fully clothed. Increases elasticity in the tissue allowing for more range of motion in muscles and joints.

REFLEXOLOGY

1 hour/30 min. (hands/feet only) $75/$50

There are pathways on your feet to specific areas of your body, and this modality focuses on that. Reflexology can help eliminate toxins, relax the entire body, and stimulate healthy functioning internal organs.

This is a pressure point massage in the hands and/or feet used to restore the flow of energy throughout the body and promote good health.

SHIATSU OR SWEDISH / SHIATSU COMBO

1 hour $75

An ancient oriental massage using acupressure with hands and fingers along the body’s meridians. By stretching muscles and rotating joints, it increases mental alertness, energy, calms the nerves and increases circulation. Shiatsu is traditionally done on the floor on mats, or we offer Shiatsu-Swedish combo on the table. Please specify your preference when making a reservation, and remember to bring loose fitting sweats and a t-shirt.

MANUAL FULL BODY LYMPHATIC MASSAGE
