REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT
- A credit card number is required to request and hold your appointment. You may pay with a different method on the day of your service.
- For first-time clients, a credit card deposit of 50% of the scheduled service(s) total is required in order to schedule the appointment(s). The balance may be paid with a different method on the day of your service.
- After you submit your appointment request, it must be approved by our staff.
- You will receive a call to confirm this appointment once it is approved.
- We accept cancellations until noon on the day before your appointment.
- Failure to cancel by this time will result in a fee of 50% of the full value of the scheduled service(s).
- No-shows will be charged the full value of the scheduled service(s). Of course, there may be exceptions for emergencies. Please notify us as soon as possible.
SCHEDULING MULTIPLE SERVICES
- Please call us at 314.968.1808 to schedule multiple services.
- For the safety of mom and baby, not all services are available during pregnancy.
- Restrictions may apply, and some services may require written permission from your Physician.
- Please ask prior to making an appointment.
- A parent or guardian must accompany guests under the age of 18 and may need to be present while they are receiving services.
- A waiver signed by the parent or guardian is required before services are provided.
- Please keep in mind this is a shared space where clients come to relax.
- In order to ensure a safe, peaceful and tranquil environment for all our guests, please refrain from bringing young children into the spa.
- Please help us keep our sanctuary quiet by turning off cell phones and using low voices.
Due to service provider availability, not all services may be available at all times.
