NEW COVID-19 PROCEDURES
- Your safety and well-being is our first concern. Please review our COVID-19 procedures prior to your visit.
- In order to ensure our scheduling adheres to our new COVID-19 procedures, appointment times may be shifted slightly from your requested time. We will contact you to confirm your official appointment time.
REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT
- A credit card number is required to request and hold your appointment.
- You may pay with a different method on the day of your service.
- After you submit your appointment request, it must be approved by our staff.
- You will receive a call to confirm this appointment once it is approved.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
- We accept cancellations up until 5pm the day before your scheduled appointment.
- Failure to cancel an appointment by this time will result in a $25 charge on the credit card given when the appointment was scheduled.
- No-shows will be charged at the full value of the service(s) booked on the credit card given when the appointment was scheduled.
